Form Filler
Fill in a PDF form on its own pages, in your browser: type, tick and choose in the form itself, in Arabic too, then download it filled in.
About This Tool
Form Filler shows a PDF form as it is and lets you fill it in on the page. Each field has a box where it lies: a box to type in, a tick box or a radio button to click, a drop-down or a list to choose from. What the form already holds is shown in it.
Only the fields you change are written; every other field keeps what it holds. Text can be typed in Arabic, which is written from the right and joined as it should be, and in the other scripts the site has fonts for. Fields that may only be read are shown and cannot be changed. A signature field cannot be filled in here (Sign PDF puts a signature on a page), sums that a form works out for itself are not worked out, and XFA forms are not supported.
Tick "Flatten the form after filling it in" to make what is filled in part of the pages, so that the form can no longer be changed. All processing happens locally in your browser: neither the form nor what you type into it is uploaded.
How to Use
Upload Your PDF Form
Drag and drop your PDF form or click to select the file. The form is shown as it is, page by page.
Fill the Form
Type in the boxes on the page, tick its tick boxes and choose from its lists. The + and − buttons above the form make the pages larger or smaller. A field you leave as it is keeps what it holds.
Save and Download
Tick "Flatten the form after filling it in" if the form should be final, click "Save the form", then "Download". The file is saved with _filled added to its name.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I save my progress?
Yes: save the form without flattening it and add it again later. It opens with what you filled in, and you carry on from there.
What is form flattening?
Flattening draws what is filled in into the pages and takes the form away. The pages look the same, but nothing on them can be filled in or changed as a form any more.
Are XFA forms supported?
No. Only standard PDF forms (AcroForms) are filled. A form made in XFA alone shows no fields here, and any XFA part is removed from the file you download.
Can I fill in a form in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic, and Arabic mixed with numbers or Latin words, is written from the right in a font that has its letters; so are Persian and Urdu. Greek, Cyrillic and accented Latin letters, and Chinese, Japanese and Korean, are written in fonts of their own as well. Hebrew is not: the site has no font for it, and the page says so when a field holds such letters.
Why is a total not worked out?
A form that adds up its own figures, or checks what is typed into it, does so with small programs kept inside the PDF. They are not run here. Type the total yourself if its box can be typed in, or open the saved form in a PDF program that runs them.
