About This Tool
Add Stamps opens your PDF in the same page editor as Edit PDF. Its "Stamp" tool has twelve ready-made stamps in English, among them APPROVED, DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL, PAID, RECEIVED, URGENT and VOID. Under "Custom" you can compose a text stamp with your own words, colours and date, and "Upload" takes your own PNG, JPG or BMP image of up to 5 MB.
A stamp goes on the page you click; to stamp several pages, place it on each one. Drag a stamp to move it or change its size, and use Undo in the top bar of the editor to take a step back. When you are done, click "Save Stamped PDF" under the editor. What the document already had is kept as it was: its links and form fields, and its comments and stamps.
All processing happens locally in your browser, ensuring your documents remain private.
How to Use
Upload Your PDF
Drag and drop your PDF file or click to select the document.
Select Stamp
In the editor's toolbar click "Stamp". Pick a stamp under "Default", build a text stamp under "Custom", or click "Upload" to use your own image.
Position and Apply
Click the page to place the stamp and drag it to move or resize it. Then choose "Export" and "PDF" in the editor's toolbar; "Save Stamped PDF" leaves the stamps out.

Frequently Asked Questions
What preset stamps are available?
Twelve picture stamps in English under "Default", among them APPROVED, DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL, PAID, RECEIVED, URGENT and VOID. For other wording, make a text stamp with "Create Stamp".
Can I upload custom stamps?
Yes. Click "Upload" in the "Stamp" tool and choose a PNG, JPG or BMP file of up to 5 MB. An image larger than 800 pixels on its longer side is reduced to 800.
Can I add multiple stamps to one document?
Yes, you can add multiple stamps and position each one independently.
