Rotate PDF

Rotate PDF pages by quarter turns or by any angle, all pages or only the ones you pick. Runs in your browser.

About This Tool

Rotate PDF turns the pages of a document: a quarter turn left or right, a half turn, or, on the second tab, any angle from -180 to 180 degrees. All pages are selected to begin with; click the thumbnails to choose which ones are turned.

A quarter or half turn only changes how the page is marked, so the text, links, bookmarks and form fields all stay as they were. Any other angle redraws the page, turned, on a larger page and rebuilds the document: its bookmarks, form fields and properties are lost, and so are the links and comments on the turned pages.

Everything happens in your browser; the file is not uploaded.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I rotate different pages differently?

Yes, you can apply different rotations to different pages.

Does rotation affect print quality?

No, rotation preserves all content quality.

Can I rotate by custom angles?

Yes. Open "Fine-Grained Alignment Dial" and set any angle from -180 to 180 degrees with the dial, the slider or the box beside "Manual Input:". At an angle that is not a multiple of 90 the document is rebuilt, which loses its bookmarks and form fields.
