Rotate by Custom Degrees
Rotate PDF pages by any angle. Precise custom rotation for straightening scanned documents.
About This Tool
Rotate by Custom Degrees turns the pages of a PDF by any angle you type, such as 2 or 45.5 degrees, and by a different angle for each page if you wish.
A page turned by a quarter, a half or three quarters of a turn is only marked as turned; nothing else in the file changes. At any other angle the page is redrawn, turned, on a larger page that holds all of it, and the document is rebuilt: its bookmarks, form fields and properties are lost, and so are the links and comments on the turned pages. Text stays text; it is not made into a picture.
Everything happens in your browser; the file is not uploaded.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I rotate by decimals, e.g., 45.5 degrees?
Yes. Type the decimal into the box, for example 45.5. The - and + buttons change the angle by one whole degree.
Does this affect the page content?
The content is kept as it is, text included; it is not turned into a picture. At an angle that is not a multiple of 90 the page becomes larger, so that the turned page fits inside it with empty corners, and the document's bookmarks and form fields are lost, as are links and comments on the turned pages.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes, you can set a custom rotation angle for any individual page while leaving others unchanged.
