PDF Reader
Open a PDF in your browser's own PDF viewer, inside this page. Paging, zoom and printing are the browser's controls; the file stays on your device.
About This Tool
PDF Reader opens a PDF inside this page with the PDF viewer that is built into your browser. Nothing is installed and nothing is uploaded: the page hands the file straight to the browser.
The controls you see for turning pages, zooming, rotating, printing and full screen belong to the browser's viewer, so they differ between Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and this page cannot add one that your browser lacks. The page itself adds two icons above the viewer: one saves a copy of the file, the other closes it. On phones the built-in viewer is often missing or limited, and the document may not appear.
All viewing happens locally in your browser. Your documents are never uploaded to any server.
How to Use
Open Your PDF
Click to upload or drag and drop a PDF file to open it in the reader.
Navigate Pages
Use the page controls of your browser's viewer to move between pages or to jump to a page number.
Adjust View
Zoom, rotate or go full screen with the viewer's own buttons, where your browser offers them.
Print or Download
Print from the viewer's toolbar. The download icon above the viewer saves the file you opened; a password-protected file is saved without its password.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is my document secure?
Yes, your document is processed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded to any server.
Can I annotate or edit the PDF?
This page adds no editing of its own. Some browsers' viewers let you draw on a PDF or fill in its fields, but that is the browser's feature. To change a PDF here, use Sign PDF or Edit PDF.
Does it work on mobile devices?
It depends on the phone's browser. The page relies on the browser's built-in PDF viewer, and many mobile browsers do not show a PDF inside a page: you may see an empty box, only the first page, or an offer to download the file.
