PDF Multi Tool

Lay out the pages of one or more PDFs as thumbnails: reorder, rotate, duplicate and delete them, add blank pages, and save the result as one PDF.

About This Tool

PDF Multi Tool lays out the pages of one or more PDFs as a single grid of thumbnails, so that you can build a new document out of them.

Drag pages into a new order, or select them and use "Move earlier" and "Move later". Turn them a quarter turn at a time, duplicate or delete them, and insert blank pages, each the size of the page before it. "Export PDF" saves the whole arrangement as one file. "Download Selected" saves only the pages you have selected, which is how you take a part out of a long document. Form fields stay fillable. Bookmarks are not carried into the result, and a link to a page you left out is removed.

All processing happens directly in your browser, ensuring your documents remain private and secure. No files are uploaded to any server.

How to Use

  1. Upload Your PDF

Drag and drop your PDF file into the upload area, or click to browse and select files from your device.

  2. Arrange the Pages

Every page of every file appears as a thumbnail. Click pages to select them. Drag a page to move it, or move the selected pages with "Move earlier" and "Move later".

  3. Rotate, Duplicate, Delete

With the toolbar, turn the selected pages "Left" or "Right" (all pages when none is selected), "Duplicate" or "Delete" them, and insert blank pages with "Add Blank". "Undo", "Redo" and "Reset" take changes back.

  4. Export and Download

Click "Export PDF", then "Download". To save only some pages, select them and click "Download Selected".

Frequently Asked Questions

How many PDFs can I process at once?

Up to 1000 files can be added at a time, each up to 200 MB, and more can be added afterwards. The real limit is your device's memory, where all of them are held.

Will my bookmarks be preserved?

No. The result is a new document made of the pages you kept, and bookmarks are not copied into it. Merge PDF can give its result one bookmark per file; to write bookmarks yourself, put the result through Edit Bookmarks.

Is there a page limit?

There is no fixed limit. Only the first 50 pages of each file are drawn as thumbnails; later pages show their page number instead, and can be moved, turned and deleted in the same way.
