HEIC to PDF

Put iPhone HEIC photos into a PDF, one photo per page, in any browser. The photos stay on your device.

About This Tool

HEIC to PDF puts HEIC photos, the format iPhones and iPads save by default, into a PDF, one photo per page. It works in every browser: where the browser can open HEIC itself (Safari on a recent Apple device) it does, and elsewhere the tool reads the photo with its own image engine, which is downloaded the first time it is needed (about 14 MB).

Add up to 100 photos at a time, drag them into order and choose the page size, orientation and margin. Each photo is stored as a high-quality JPEG picture, the way up it was taken, and the camera data in the photo (date, location) is not copied. A file that holds several pictures, such as a burst, gives a page for each.

All conversion happens in your browser, ensuring your photos remain private.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is HEIC format?

HEIC (High Efficiency Image Container) is Apple's image format that provides better compression than JPEG.

Are Live Photos supported?

Only the still picture. The HEIC file of a Live Photo holds the still; the moving part is a separate video file, which this tool does not take.

Is EXIF data preserved?

No. Only the picture itself is copied into the PDF. The date, camera and location stored in the photo are left out, and there is no option to keep them.
